Case Managers around the state have raved about the SurfMed portal, its’ ease of use, its real-time information and its free-to-use tools. It was the first of its kind, but was missing something, mobile accessibility. The SurfMed team listened and finally created the option that case managers were thinking of, an APP.
The SurfMed APP puts your SurfMed workflow on any phone. It is the mobile companion to the SurfMed Portal web application, built from the same system, so all work stays in sync across desktop and phone.
SurfMed Portal is for healthcare provider organizations and their staff. You sign in with your existing SurfMed account and get the same role-based access you already have on the web.
What you can do:
• Look up patients and view their details and documents
• Review sales orders, delivery tickets, and order history with shipment tracking
• See metrics and analytics for your team
• Open reporting, if your account has reporting access
• Use the product selection and nutrition tools
Security and privacy:
• Sign in backed by Microsoft Azure AD
• Unlock quickly with Face ID or your fingerprint after signing in
• Screenshots and screen recording are blocked inside the app to protect patient information
• Your data is encrypted in transit and visible only to your authorized account
SurfMed Portal requires an account issued by your organization. It is not a general-purpose app and has no public sign-up.
