We are seeking Talented Bilingual (English/Spanish) warehouse technician to Join Our Growing Logistics Team!

What you will do:

  • Operates lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials to proper departments or areas.
  • Assist with repositioning, loading, and unloading of equipment and content for restoration, storage and return to job sites as required.
  • Responsible for Daily Delivery Vehicle Equipment replenishing (perpetual inventory).
  • Responsible for Receiving and Shipping orders.
  • Responsible for Order -Picking; Order Processing.
  • Shelf Stocking; Loading/Unloading Palettes.
  • Responsible for conducting inventory reviews.
  • Responsible for always practicing good housekeeping to ensure a safe and organized worksite according to company’s high level of standard.

What you bring:

  • 1-2 Years Previous Warehouse/Logistics experience
  • Must have the ability to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds, walking outside, pushing, pulling, climbing, carrying, sitting, flexibility.
  • Follow prescribed safety regulations per company policy.

Bilingual Customer Service

We are seeking Talented Bilingual (English/Spanish) DME Customer Service Representatives to Join Our Growing Customer Service Team!

What you will do:

  • Route Calls, assist patients/callers with order status
  • Process DME orders
  • Confirm shipments and provide tracking.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with both internal and external customers. Utilizes proper telephone and email techniques and etiquette, demonstrating respect and compassion in every patient/caregiver internal and external customer interaction
  • Work across department lines to ensure efficient and accurate order processing

What you bring:

  • 1-2 Years Previous Customer Service / Call Center Experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within our organization
  • Dedication to completing high quality work
  • A results-oriented mindset, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping people

DME Delivery Drivers

We are seeking dedicated DME Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in Pembroke Park!

What you will do:

  • Completes deliveries and removals of medical equipment in patient homes and healthcare facilities.
  • Keeps accurate records of delivery, pick-up, maintenance, and repair activities.
  • Demonstrates and explains general operation and proper use of medical equipment to patient/customer.
  • Periodically works paid on-call rotation.

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 1 Years Previous Experience in Home Medical Equipment, or Healthcare
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to sit, kneel, bend, or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to safety lift, move or transport, 50 lbs. with and without physical aids.
  • Valid license in State of residence with minimum 5 years driving experience.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a background check (driving record and drug screen).
