Around the table, case managers and leaders shared questions, experiences, challenges, and ideas. Those conversations gave us an opportunity to better understand what care managers encounter every day and to discuss practical ways we can work together to make accessing DME and supplies easier for the members we collectively serve.
That is what makes a Lunch & Learn valuable.
For SurfMed, those relationships have always mattered. Our partnership with Humana spans more than 20 years, but partnerships are not sustained by time alone. They continue to grow when people remain willing to communicate, collaborate, listen, and look for better solutions together.
We are grateful to Humana’s Region 3 leadership and care management teams for welcoming us in Ocala and St. Augustine and for making both in-services so engaging.
Because sometimes the most valuable thing we can bring to the table isn’t a presentation.
